My role, as your Celebrant, is to devote thoughtful time to creating a meaningful ceremony, taking care to truly understand your loved one through unhurried conversations with family and close friends. In close collaboration with you, I'll carefully craft a personalized eulogy and design a ceremony that may include music, readings, quotations, and unique symbols or rituals that reflect a life well lived.
Every detail of the eulogy is reviewed and approved by the family, ensuring the tribute feels authentic and right.
With compassion, sincerity, and great care, I'll then officiate the ceremony at the funeral home, crematorium, cemetery, or memorial location of your choice.

I create personalized Celebration of Life and funeral ceremonies that honour each individual with care, authenticity, and intention. Every service is thoughtfully developed in partnership with you, reflecting the personality, values, and legacy of your loved one.
Together, we shape a tribute that feels sincere, comforting, and true to the life being remembered.
Trained in the art of storytelling, I bring together memories, reflections, and meaningful moments to create a ceremony that resonates with those gathered.
Based in beautiful Brentwood Bay, I'm available to travel throughout Victoria and the Southern Gulf Islands, north to Comox and Courtenay, and west to Tofino and Ucluelet.
The Process
The first step is ensuring we are the right fit for one another. I offer a complimentary, no-obligation meeting - over coffee (my treat), or via Zoom or the phone - whichever feels most comfortable for you. This is a relaxed conversation where you’re invited to share stories, memories, and what you envision for honouring your loved one.
Following this, we will go over a few gentle questions to help guide the process. Once we’ve completed a simple service agreement and arranged one of two payment options (please reach out to discuss pricing), we move into the next stage.
In close consultation with you, I'll craft a unique and heartfelt ceremony that reflects your loved one’s life and legacy. You're welcome to review and edit every element until it feels just right. I'll honour your choices of readings, music, and personal tributes, offering guidance and support whenever needed.
If it would bring comfort and ease, I'm available to walk through the ceremony details with you in advance, helping everyone feel prepared and at peace.
On the day of the service, I arrive early to connect with you and coordinate with the funeral home, cemetery, or memorial venue, ensuring that everything unfolds with care, respect, and as we have thoughtfully planned.
